Please see below sad news from OUP Secretary Teresa Murphy of the passing of long standing member and Club Delegate Roger Cann.
It is with great sadness that I have to inform you that Roger Cann (OUP Captain) passed away early yesterday morning (7th July) after a short illness.
Roger and his late wife Sylivia, were active members of OUP for over 15 years.
During his time at OUP he took on the role of Captain. He was well loved and respected by everyone who knew him. He was a true gentleman on and off the green, he will be sadly missed.
The funeral arrangements for Roger Cann will be on 5th August ,10.00am at Oxford Crematorium, Headington . No dark clothes please.There will be a donation box for blood cancer .
