John Henwood, Secretary of Headington Bowls Club writes:  It is with great sadness that I have to inform you that Kathy Belcher passed away this morning (28 January). Kath was a stalwart of  Headington Bowls Club for over 25 years.  A past president and a very active member of the gardening team which each year was a credit to her.  Kath  was always very proud of the garden.

A fine competitive bowler as well.
