It is time to update your club details in relation to Safeguarding and if there are changes, you may need to get new training courses for your new officials.
It is extremely likely that from 2025, Bowls England will require a Safeguarding officer at every Club in the Country.
Therefore if you have not got an officer covering this , then your Club/Committee needs to begin to think about installing one.
As you will see there are a number of courses coming up shortly during the Spring that All Clubs and Safeguarding officers should think about joining and viewing.  Details have been sent to club secretaries.
Also a reminder that if you are a Safeguarding Officer you may need to consider updating and refreshing your qualifications, if it is 3 years or more since you originally got your Safeguarding qualification.
